Nantucket Conference Recap: It's Game on for

Consumer Finance

We hosted 7 companies at Jefferies Consumer Conference in Nantucket this

week: ENVA, EZPW, ATLC, JCAP, UPBD and PROG. Companies generally

highlighted a resilient consumer in the face of elevated fuel prices, while

noting high demand for non-prime financial services is reflective of inflationary

pressures and a supportive employment market backdrop. From what we

observed, we see a very constructive environment overall.

ENVA's CFO and IR team were at Jefferies Consumer Conference in Nantucket. Key themes from

meetings included: (i) update / benefits of the pending Grasshopper Bank acquisition, (ii) the stable

state of the consumer, (iii) opportunities for AI implementation, and (iv) the current regulatory

environment. ENVA's growth momentum and synergies related to its pending bank acquisition

support our positive view on the stock.

EZPW's CFO and IR team participated. Key themes from meetings included: (i) benefits of gold price

trends, (ii) M&A/consolidation opportunities and (iii) updates on positive momentum in the Mexican

segment. EZPW continues to execute, benefiting from favorable macro tailwinds and both organic

and inorganic growth.

ATLC's CEO and IR team provided detail on: (i) strong integration and accretion opportunities from

the recent Mercury acquisition, (ii) drivers of recent account growth momentum, (iii) the stable state

of their consumer, (iv) their healthcare vertical, (v) their private label operations, and (vi) funding

strategy.

JCAP's CEO highlighted the K-shaped economy, rising debt levels, and declining savings rates

as supporting supply and collections dynamics.
