Last week, we hosted KOL, Dr. Ahmad Masri (Oregon Health and Science University), for an in-depth discussion on the evolving
commercial and development landscape in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and wanted to pass along select quotes from the
call below as it relates to Edgewise’s EDG-7500 that may be helpful putting into context the 12wk Part D results from the phase 2

On EDG-7500's target product profile, Dr. Masri sees a potential paradigm shift if the drug preserves systolic function while
delivering the benefits of myosin modulation—opening the door to a heart failure–style trial design rather than a traditional HCM
study, and materially reducing echo monitoring burden (potentially as low as one echo/year) to give physicians far greater
prescribing flexibility versus current cardiac myosin inhibitors. On Part B/C data, he noted the preliminary disclosures already
show NT-proBNP reductions and symptomatic improvement in open-label fashion, supporting the therapeutic hypothesis that
