Soo Chong Lim is a Managing Director and Head of Asia Credit Research. He

covers Asia credit strategy, Macau gaming and China HY industrials. His team

has consistently been ranked in the top three spots for Asia Fixed Income

Strategy, Investment-Grade, and High-Yield categories in Extel's Global Fixed

Income poll from 2020 to 2024. Before joining J.P. Morgan in 2008, he worked as a credit

analyst at Citigroup, was the head of equity research in Malaysia, and an equity analyst in

Singapore. Soo Chong holds a first-class honors engineering degree from the University of

Malaya and is a CFA® charterholder.
