Eastmoney, Jun 15: Following the launch of the new RMB 1trn relending program by +852-2971 6066
PBOC, the outstanding balance of relending to private enterprises has exceeded Rmb
600bn by late April. Initiated in January 2026, this facility provides financial institutions
with a low-cost source of funding with an interest rate of only 1.25%, aiming to
encourage the lending to private small and micro enterprises.
