data for bexobrutideg in CLL/SLL, including longer follow-up from Ph1a late-line dose

escalation and initial activity in Ph1b earlier-line cohorts.

SNDX - Revumenib Demonstrated Consistent Response in NUP98r R/R AML

SNDX reported updated Phase 1 AUGMENT-101 data evaluating revumenib

monotherapy in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) NUP98 Rearranged (NUP98r)

AML. Results demonstrated clinically meaningful activity in this small patient subgroup

(n=6), with a 50% ORR, 50% CRc, and 17% CR/CRh broadly consistent with the

outcomes observed in the label population (Figure 1). Data supports Revuforj's activity in

a subset of high-risk aggressive AML. Safety appeared manageable overall with

moderate rates of Gr.3+ myelosuppression including febrile neutropenia (23%),

neutrophil count decreased (19%), and thrombocytopenia (15%) all below rates
