hailing operators and has already prompted 14 automakers to announce discounts
on eligible models. To qualify, vehicles must cost no more than R$150k and comply
with sustainability requirements under the Mover program, including flex-fuel,
hybrid flex, electric or ethanol-only powertrains. So far, 38 eligible models spanning
hatchbacks, sedans, SUVs and minivans have been included in the initiative.
Reported discounts vary substantially by manufacturer and model, with some price
reductions reaching up to R$57k. Participating brands include BYD, Chevrolet, Fiat,
Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota and Volkswagen, among
others. The program also includes recently launched electrified vehicles such as the
BYD Atto 2, priced at the R$149,990 eligibility threshold. Potential Impact: Slightly
negative for Bz Car Rentals (RENT, MOVI), as the ride-hailing segments from car
rental players might be impacted by the measure. On the flipside, we do note that
most companies in the segment are keen on limiting exposure to the segment, due
to the high depreciation rate of cars in the segment. Also negative if the program
triggers additional discounts across the wide vehicles buyers base, potentially
impacting used cars prices and depreciation.
MOTV, ASUR: Anac approves sale of 20-airport platform to ASUR

Motiva’s request to transfer control of its airport platform to Mexico’s ASUR. The
transaction, originally announced in November 2025, involves the sale of 100% of
