being developed that target tau, a new focus on addressing the accompanying
neuropsychiatric symptoms of the disease is rapidly emerging. The markets for
Alzheimer's disease agitation (ADA) and psychosis (ADP) are shifting from a
paradigm dominated by the off-label use of antidepressants and antipsychotics
to a more defined, branded therapeutic space. Although HLUN’s Rexulti was the
first to secure an ADA-specific label, its associated safety concerns (including a
class boxed warning for increased mortality in elderly patients with dementia-
related psychosis shared by other antipsychotics) have left a significant unmet
