Yesterday, ArcBest Corp (ARCB) launched a restructuring initiative to simplify its brand Equity
architecture, streamline operations, and improve profitability. ARCB expects the
restructuring to generate $40 million of annualized run-rate cash savings (~$1.40/sh),
