What we're watching for in 2Q26 results
Steve Powers
CL reports 2Q26 earnings results on Friday, July 31st pre-market Research Analyst
+1-212-250-5480 Heading into 2Q26 results, our estimates are generally in line with consensus, and
we forecast organic sales growth of +2.6% and diluted EPS of $0.95. Recent Christopher Barnes, CFA
tracked channel data through late June showed a notable acceleration in total Research Analyst
company sales to +5.7% L4W (including Hill's), suggesting at least a partial +1-212-454-0778
recovery from the category softness management highlighted at our June

+1-212-250-4515
1Q) and dish soap (+1.7% vs. -3.7% in 1Q). Outside North America, our forecast
remains grounded but constructive, with organic sales growth of +5.0% in Latin
America and +4.0% in EMEA. As such, we will focus on whether international
momentum remains intact and whether improving U.S. consumption trends can
be sustained into 2H26. We also expect discussion of Hill's fresh pet food launch,
