her. So AICT is a viable platform for that, and that's where
customers are evaluating it. Also, what's helping the story is that ultimately, large
enterprises would want to drive adherence to the RMF, meaning the risk
management frameworks from NIST or EU AI or others, that list keeps growing. So
that's another driver. So the demand is nascent, there are active conversations, but
I’ve yet to see real conversions.
Could customers just use the basics from ServiceNow over 3 to 5 years and DIY or
use 3rd party alternatives for AI capabilities? I think there is a possibility. I would
give a 30% chance as to whether it will happen. I think that the sooner that
ServiceNow is able to bring together Moveworks and Veza and Armis, it will be
able to sort of fortify its moat. I mean just how Salesforce went "headless" about
3-4 months back, ServiceNow has not taken that decision. Why? Because
ServiceNow virtually enjoys a monopoly. Salesforce is under threat from not just
MSFT Dynamics, but also from the lower end of the spectrum. ServiceNow,
fortunately, is not in that space, and that is why they have actually gone in for this
new pricing regime.

I would say the demand (for ServiceNow) is consistently strong. I would not see 2Q
as an acceleration as compared to 1Q, but I'd say we are not seeing a slowdown.
So what I see is a continued expansion beyond traditional ITSM. Customers are
looking at Customer Service, Security Operations, Risk and Compliance, Workflow
Automation, AI-driven productivity and now agentic AI use cases. Now those areas
are helping sustain that growth, even though the environment where we have the
overall spending is being looked more closely and carefully. Many engagements
