AMA CPT agenda a positive step for MDT pipeline 13 July 2026
On Friday, the AMA released its September CPT Panel agenda, which included requests Equity
to convert both RDN and tibial neurostim (altaviva) from cat 3 to cat 1 codes. This is a
nice step in the right direction for two of MDT’s important growth drivers but it likely TravisResearchSteedAnalyst

limited precedent for rejecting cat 1 conversion once CMS has established NCD.
