ompany maintains

strong partnerships with key suppliers, notably INNIO (covered by RBCCM analyst, Chris Dendrinos), as

VoltaGrid represents over 40% of INNIO's equipment revenue. VoltaGrid's proprietary QPac platform,

developed with INNIO, delivers 0.025 GW modular units capable of handling high-transient AI

computing loads without requiring battery backup. VoltaGrid is targeting build costs of approximately

$1.6MM/MW, and noted this is approximately 50% of the development costs of combined cycle gas

turbine plants. VoltaGrid owns its own engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) arm, providing

full-service capabilities from design through commissioning.

The company has a contracted order book of ~7.5 GW by 2030. Major contracts include a 2.3 GW

deployment announced in October 2025 with Oracle for AI data centres, and deals with three of the

five main hyperscalers. VoltaGrid's contracts feature take-or-pay structures with significant liquidated

damages, configured to maintain constant returns, with index risers guarding against supply chain

inflation. The company noted PPA agreements are very complex, but is working to standardize various

aspects of the contracts to expedite timelines for future deals. VoltaGrid also noted it is advancing

Canadian projects in New Brunswick and Edmonton.

There are advantages to front-of-the-meter solutions, though VoltaGrid noted many of its contracts
