reaching the
25%+ 2026 target, eroding the financial credibility of the turnaround narrative. Surgeon uptake of ARVIS
Ultra is slower than expected due to competition from entrenched robotic platforms and the inherent
friction of workflow adoption, causing enabling technology to remain a headwind rather than a growth
driver in 2026–2027. The "One Enovis" cultural transformation takes longer than expected to implement,
cross-segment collaboration fails to gain traction, and the new CEO's strategic pivots remove assets that
were contributing more to earnings than the market appreciated. Lastly, under this scenario, Middle East
revenue exposure worsens beyond the current $1–2 million per month estimate, supply chain inflation
proves harder to absorb than management anticipates, and international procedure volumes remain soft
due to sustained healthcare worker strikes and rising waiting lists.
