+55-11-2767 6303According to Notice to the Market, Multiplan announced the sale of three land plots

located adjacent to ParkJacarepaguá, ParkShoppingCampoGrande and

ParkShopping Canoas. The properties will host mixed-use projects to be developed

by local entrepreneurs. In ParkJacarepaguá, the land plot will be used for the

construction of five residential towers, with payment through a gross financial swap

of 14.0% of the project’s PSV, with a minimum guaranteed amount of R$22.0mn.

Additionally, in ParkShoppingCampoGrande, the land plot will be used for a

residential development with four towers, totaling more than 400 units, with

payment through a gross financial swap of 11.0% of the project’s PSV, with a

minimum guaranteed amount of R$11.5mn. Lastly, in ParkShopping Canoas, the

area will be used for the development of an eleven-floor commercial building with

more than 235 units, with payment through a variable financial swap between 14.5%

and 16.5% of the project’s net PSV, according to sales performance. - Here
