on capturing a larger share of the healthcare logistics market it already serves with

~$10B in global revenue. Our covered drug distributors, MCK, CAH, and COR, all

traded down low-single-digits on the day of the announcement.

Wholesaling Likely Safe, 3PL Competition to Come: The recent FedEx

announcement is a meaningful move towards competing in the drug supply chain,

but we do not see risk to the core wholesaling and specialty businesses of our

covered distributors, as wholesaling and third-party logistics businesses (3PL) are

very different. We do not believe at this moment that FedEx would want to
