Top Questions Ahead of our July Bay Area Software Bus Tour
lk to your advantages should hyperscalers or frontier-model providers begin optimizing
for 3D workloads themselves?
4. Stocks in the design space sold off recently on news of Jeff Bezos's AI startup Prometheus raising
$12B to build what it termed an artifical general engineer to automate the design and manufacturing
of physical products. What is your sense of what the company could be pursuing and its overall
strategy?
5. Data, context, and expertise have been described by management as the three scarce AI
differentiators. Given that the underlying data comes from customer projects, how are you
navigating customer consent and opt-out dynamics? Do you foresee the customer willingness to
share data evolve over time?
6. How do you make sure that outputs generated by AI are validated by Autodesk's existing tools around
potential real-world constraints? Could you talk to the concept of providing a harness layer to make
frontier models more controllable and context aware across the lifecycle?
7. The company has articulated the data + context + 3D expertise moat clearly, but from a revenue
model standpoint, how do you see AI contributions evolving? Is it primarily through higher
subscription pricing, incremental Flex/consumption tokens, or entirely new SKUs? Any sense of the
timeline before AI becomes a separately measurable contributor to growth?
8. How should we think about the transition to context-aware agent AI from more automated
assistants? What does the customer demand look like, and what are they looking for currently and
further down the line?
9. Consumption is approximately 17% of revenue currently. How could pricing potentially evolve, and
