FLRY: Sabin targets digital expansion and R$80mn investments in 2026 - neutral

Grupo Sabin plans to expand its healthcare network with a focus on technological

innovation, with R$80mn in investments planned for this year. After opening its first

fully digital unit in Brasília, the company intends to launch 16 additional units this

year, 4 of which will follow the digital model or adopt a hybrid format. Currently,

Sabin operates 362 units across 78 cities in 14 states, in addition to the DF. Beyond

the new openings, Sabin also plans to invest in expanding its home-collection

service, which recorded 25% growth last year. The company reported 11% revenue

growth in 2025 (reaching R$2bn in revenue) and expects to grow 12% in 2026.

UBS's view: We see limited competitive implications for FLRY from Sabin’s expansion

plans, given the relatively modest geographic overlap between the two companies.

Sabin’s growth strategy is more focused on regional hubs that are still not widely

explored by larger diagnostics players. Most sensitive regions with overlap are

Salvador and now Campinas (following the acquisition of Confiance lab by Fleury).
