617-646-5032 the acquisition of 34 skilled nursing facilities representing 3,633 skilled nursing beds from
Clarke.Murphy@truist.com Eduro Healthcare (Private). The deal, which is the company's largest transaction since 2024
(by number of facilities; PACS ended 1Q with 323 facilities and 35,516 beds), provides further
Grayson McAlister diversification of the footprint, primarily furthering PACS' presence in the large/growing TX
