New CEO Announced - Today, MSC Income Fund announced CEO succession plans
where current Chariman and CEO Dwayne L. Hyzak (in the role since October 2020) will
transition to Executive Chairman and Nick Meserve will become MSIF's new CEO in 4Q26.
Current Price (Jun. 29, $11.73 Mr. Hyzak will continue to work closely with Mr. Meserve as part of a long-term board
2026) succession plan. With Mr. Hyzak continuing as Main Street Capital Corporation's (MAIN,
Stock Rating BUY Hold) CEO we don't expect any material changes for MSIF. MSIF is externally managed by MAIN and both executives work together on investment decisions at both companies. Unchanged
