ANZ > system on mortgage growth; NAB/MQG on deposits 30 June 2026
Mortgages: ANZ grew above system in May for the first time in twelve months; Equity
growing 1.5x system in investor while the other majors grew 0.7-0.9x system with sub- Australia
system growth in investor loans. MQG maintained growth well-above system at 3.4x, Banks-Multinational/Universal
albeit growth switched to owner-occupier. Corporate lending: NAB remains the largest
