Maggie O’Neal is a Managing Director and Global Head of

Sustainable Investing Research. Prior to moving to ESG

Research, Maggie covered Basic Industries/Industrials and

was named in the top three of Institutional Investor

European Fixed Income Research team for her coverage of

Basic Materials and Industrials from 2016-2023. She co-

developed Barclays’ approach to ESG Research and

assumed her current role in 2022. Maggie joined Barclays

in 2015; she has 15 years of experience in research, having

previously worked at Deutsche Bank. Maggie studied at

UCLA, Sciences Po Paris and King’s College London for

undergraduate and holds an MSc from London School of

Economics.

Jordan Isvy is a Research Analyst at Barclays specialising

in energy transition and sustainability strategy, based in

London. His research focuses on how climate change,

industrial policy, technological innovation, geopolitics,

and resource constraints interact to drive asset prices,

capital flows, and investor positioning across asset

classes. Jordan delivers top-down thematic and market-

driven analysis to identify mispriced transition risks and

opportunities, with a particular focus on carbon markets,

critical resources and industrial decarbonisation. Prior to

joining Barclays, Jordan worked in sustainable finance at

KPMG and Bankers without Boundaries. He holds a first

class degree in Economics and Economic History from the

University of Edinburgh.

Dominic joined Barclays in December 2018 as head of

European Utilities research. Prior to this, Dominic was
