Hematological malignancies can be split into lymphoid and myeloid lineages, with hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs)• Cancer Types:
forming the base of both. Our patient build includes both patient populations, but acknowledge certain tests like clonoSEQ only apply
to select disease subtypes due to current technological limitations. In this model, cancers are further broken out into Multiple Myeloma
(MM), Leukemias, and Lymphomas. Leukemias include B-Cell Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (B-ALL), Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML),
Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), and Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML). Lymphomas are split into Hodgkin Lymphoma and Non-
Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL), which NHL is further split into Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL),
Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL), Follicular Lymphoma, and Other Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas. Our total new cases of each cancer
type are sourced from the American Cancer Society Cancer Facts & Figures reports, and forward estimates are derived assuming a
similar Y/Y growth rate for each specific cancer type. For Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, we sourced widely available statistics on subtype
incidence to determine our patient estimates for DLBCL, MCL, CTCL, and Follicular Lymphoma, which makes up the majority of the
~80K patients with NHL this year. We group all other Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma subtypes as NHL B-cell lymphomas (~85%) and other,
non-addressable NHLs (~15%).
