Leqvio and degrades LDL receptors on hepatocytes. Thus, PCSK9 inhibition enables USD

hepatocytes to remove LDL-C from the blood. Preclinical data in NHP showed that ARO- 90

DIMER-PA reduced both PCSK9 and APOC3 by 80% resulting in LDL-C reductions 80

of ~50%, non-HDL-C by >50%, and TG by >100mg/dl. Importantly, adding PCSK9 to 70

ARO-DIMER-PA offsets the LDL-C increases seen with APOC3 reduction caused by 50

TG lowering. The Phase I/IIa study is randomizing 78 adults with mixed hyperlipidemia 40

to escalating single and multiple doses of ARO-DIMER-PA. Ultimately, ARO-DIMER-PA 30
