tokenized cash solution to clearing members throughout 2026, with a target go-live date by the

end of the year.

Compute futures. CME and Silicon Data are launching a first-in-class compute futures market

later this year pending regulatory approval, allowing companies to hedge or speculate against

fluctuations in AI compute costs the way airlines hedge jet fuel. The contracts will be based on

Silicon Data's GPU benchmarks, which track hourly rental costs across cloud providers and serve

as the foundation for standardized pricing. Interest is already emerging, with asset managers

including ProShares and REX Shares filing proposals for ETFs tied to the proposed contracts. Like

traditional commodity futures, we believe the market will attract both commercial/corporate

hedgers seeking price protection and financial investor speculators providing liquidity.

Expanding 24/7 Trading. CME has launched 24/7 trading for crypto and has seen volume growth

from retail investors. The company plans to expand this to 1 oz gold and 10-barrel oil futures

contracts.

Product pricing power. CME employs a disciplined, bottom-up pricing approach across

transaction fees, market data fees, and collateral fees. The company implemented 1-1.5% price

increases in April 2026 on select products and has built annual escalators into market data

contracts, which contributed to ~3.5% pricing increases in 2026. Overall, CME views the fee

structure as quite resilient given that transaction fees represent the smallest component of
