Using UBS Evidence Lab web traffic, mobile app usage and download data, we analyse Haley Tam
trading activity and customer growth across European platforms. We incorporate these Analyst
inputs into multivariate regression models and observe statistically significant haley.tam@ubs.com
correlations (R-squares of 60-80%) with reported trading volumes, brokerage revenues +44-20-7567 6176
and account openings. As such, we believe these datasets provide a timely and robust Adele Palama
leading indicator of activity trends ahead of monthly stats/earnings results. Analyst

June-26 activity improves YoY (+8-17%); modest improvement in MoM trends +34-91-436 9023
Ahead of the June-26 monthly trading updates (on 3 July) for Avanza (AZA), Nordnet Johan Ekblom, CFA
(SAVE) and flatexDEGIRO (FTK), June-26 activity shows an improvement on a YoY basis, Analyst
with growth of +17% (AZA), +14% (SAVE) and +8% (FTK), supported by more johan.ekblom@ubs.com
favourable comparatives improving YoY growth prints. Looking ahead, comparatives +44-20-7568 3580
should continue to ease through 2026, implying that a stable level of activity from here Michael Werner
should improve YoY growth prints. On a sequential basis, trends have stabilised, with all Analyst
platforms returning to modest MoM growth (+3% for AZA and SAVE, +2% for FTK). For michael.werner@ubs.com
