Public Sector remains the only dedicated vertical sales organization today, it also acknowledged that operational AI use cases may
ultimately justify greater vertical specialization as products mature. We believe these investments should help accelerate adoption
of emerging products while preserving focus within the broader sales organization.
Durable Growth Framework: Finally, while Analyst Day did not introduce any new long-term financial framework, management
reiterated confidence in sustaining durable growth supported by expanding product breadth, enterprise adoption and international
expansion. The company now estimates a ~$175bn addressable market, including roughly ~$130bn tied to emerging products,
while highlighting that existing customers remain significantly underpenetrated with an estimated 8x expansion opportunity over
time. Combined with accelerating adoption of emerging products and continued operating leverage, we believe the event reinforced
rather than materially changed the long-term investment thesis.
Customer conversations support long-term trajectory: In terms of some of the customer/partner takeaways, while not as
exciting as the newer AI offerings, the primary customer focus remains on AI dash cams and multi-cam deployments. One partner
noted that the market is ‘wide open’ right now as the increasing costs around fuel, maintenance, and insurance continues to drive
demand. In terms of the newer AI products, there is a lot of interest, but interest in AI is somewhat dependent upon the industry
and quality of the data (i.e. how networked are the company’s assets). In terms of the tracking label, in talking to the company,
