Primary Issuance

This week has been active across the European structured finance primary market,

with six transactions expected to price before COB on Friday across European

RMBS/ABS, alongside a further pipeline of four transactions which are currently

marketing, concentrated in European auto ABS and consumer ABS. Activity has

been led by a combination of sterling supply and strong EUR consumer ABS

execution, with investor demand remaining robust overall, though somewhat more

selective with a German Auto ABS deal getting delayed by a week.

This week has also seen momentum build in the European CLO primary market,

with five transactions pricing across a mix of structures. Issuance was well

diversified, encompassing two new issue deals, two refinancings, and one reset

pricing as we go to print.

The week began with Investcorp’s Harvest CLO XXXII, a €450 million refinancing,

which priced across the capital structure at DM levels of 121/175/195/300/550bps

for its Class A to E tranches. This was followed by Onex’s OCP Euro CLO 2017-2, a

€362 million refinancing, which also priced across its Class A to E tranches at

121/176/210/315/615bps, and featured a one year non call period alongside a three

year end of reinvestment period. New issue activity included Bridgepoint CLO XI, a

€405 million transaction that priced down the stack at

126/175/195/290/490/835bps, incorporating a 1.5 year non call period and a 4.5

year reinvestment period. Similarly, Redding Ridge’s RRE 31 Loan Management

priced its capital structure—from Class A1 through to D, notably without a single B
