2029 Profitability and Margin Drivers

All in, Visteon is targeting an adjusted EBITDA margin of 14.1% in 2029,

representing a solid 160bps expansion from its 2026 outlook at the midpoint. This

margin improvement is driven by multiple factors with the primary driver being

scale and operating leverage from sales growth (2/3), and remaining 1/3 coming

from operational efficiencies from cost-cutting initiatives, engineering and SG&A

efficiencies. Management did note that inflationary headwinds, particularly from

memory components, will weigh on margin progression, with an expected 100

bps incremental impact in 2027 that will persist through 2029. Without this impact,

the 2029 EBITDA margin would have been closer to 15%. We also note, that while

sales are expected to see a more consistent growth path, margin expansion isn’t

expected to be as material until ~2028 as programs reach run-rate.

Capital allocation and shareholder returns

Visteon plans to return ~$1.0bn to shareholders between 2026 and 2029,

representing approximately 85% of its projected available cash. The framework

prioritizes maintaining a strong balance sheet, investing for growth, but will use the

bulk of cumulative $1.0bn adjusted FCF during the period and the ~$250m of

currently available excess cash to fund the return program. We anticipate that
