The USMCA joint review officially begins July 1st, with the auto sector being a focal Global Emerging Markets | Corporate

point for policy review. This is relevant to METLSA given 87% of revenues were from N. Credit

America in 1Q26, & we estimate historically ~25% of revenues are from exports to the LatAm | Mexico

Automotive SuppliersUS. Suppliers are hopeful for USMCA continuity, or at least a lack of substantive

changes, but changes to USMCA compliant exemptions are not off the table. We note Caroline Rudge
