international expansion of its subscription platform in Latin America. The

Mexico and Argentina. Customer conversion rates for new subscriptions in Latin

America consistently exceed historical benchmarks observed in the Company’s

top five core European markets. This rapid subscription adoption is particularly

pronounced in Mexico, where it outperforms the European core by a double-digit

margin. Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in Mexico and Argentina exhibit a notable

increase relative to established European benchmarks. Mexico's Total

Addressable Market (TAM) for travel is estimated at $32 billion, representing the

region's largest, with an Online Travel Agency (OTA) market size of $8.5 billion.

Concurrently, Argentina's TAM is the third largest in the region at $8.9 billion, with

an online travel market size approximating $4 billion.
