per painted vehicle by 67%, water consumption by 71%, paint consumption by 36%, and VOC emissions by 73%. Technologies

such as EcoDryScrubber reduce energy consumption in paint booths by 60% and water consumption by 80%, while EcoInCure

lowers electricity consumption during the curing process by 25% and allows for ovens that are 50% smaller. Overspray-free

painting technologies further reduce energy consumption by around 25% while simultaneously lowering waste and material

usage. These solutions provide a compelling value proposition because sustainability benefits are directly linked to lower

operating costs and attractive customer payback periods.

The opportunity extends well beyond automotive manufacturing. In woodworking, HOMAG's software optimises cutting patterns

and reduces waste, while Dürr's balancing technologies improve the efficiency and lifespan of wind turbine rotors and industrial
