HawkEye 360 (HAWK) announced today that it achieved full operational status with its Cluster 14 satellites. HawkEye 360's Block
2 Cluster 14, launched on March 30th, has achieved full operational status and is now delivering signals intelligence data across
defense, maritime, and national security applications. Operating in sun-synchronous orbit, the cluster expands the constellation's
global coverage and collection capacity while incorporating onboard processing improvements, and notably achieved the shortest
commissioning period in the company's history. With Cluster 14 now fully operational, HawkEye 360 continues to strengthen its
ability to detect, geolocate, and characterize radio-frequency emissions worldwide, delivering mission-critical domain awareness
to government and allied customers. We do not view the operational status as a positive catalyst, rather a normal milestone
achievement expected by investors. However, we do view it as incremental for the company given proximity to the IPO on May 7th.
The operational integration of Cluster 14 was expected by investors. We believe Cluster 14 represents satellites 31, 32, and 33
now in-orbit for the company. Since the launch of Cluster 14, the company has also launched a single prototype satellite of Block
