Our view: In conjunction with our broader coverage of the data, AI and analytics market, we attended (646) 618-6894, simran.biswal@rbccm.com the Databricks’ Data + AI Summit this week. Databricks also hosted an investor briefing in conjunction Rishi Jaluria (Analyst)
with the event that provided financial updates across the business, highlighted by the company (415) 633-8798,
expecting to exit the 1H/27 at a $6.9B revenue run-rate growing 80% y/y including 65% core growth. rishi.jaluria@rbccm.com
Recall last year they expected 1H/26 to exit at a $3.7B revenue run-rate growing 50% y/y and actually
ended FY/26 with $4.1B in revenue, >55% y/y growth. The company also made numerous productEQUITY announcements that primarily focused on AI that we summarize on subsequent pages. We believe
enterprise AI adoption is hitting an inflection point as momentum continues to build across cloud/data/
AI modernization with customers leveraging contextual data for an AI advantage, which could serve as a
boost to companies across our data and AI coverage including DDOG & SNOW and our cyber coverage
including CRWD, NET and PANW.
FY/26 roundup and business momentum. Management was optimistic with trends noting that AI is
becoming a significant growth driver at scale with AI revenue of $1.7B growing 100%+ y/y. Unlike last
