June 2026 Update

Our view: We track Glassdoor employee reviews to help provide some perspective on company culture

– both current standings and directional changes. We recognize employees who leave reviews tend to

have a negative bias, but would argue that there are data points to glean from relative ratings (both

vs. peers and history). As a part of this exercise, we're also regularly scanning employee comments.

Bottom line – From an overall rating standpoint (max 5 pts), VVV held the #1 spot (4.0 pts vs. 3.9 in Mar).EQUITY

Notably, HD's overall rating fell slightly, moving the Company from the #2 spot to the #4 spot. PRTS and

BOBS are now tied at #2 with 3.8 pts. We've also seen some movement among the bottom 3 ranked

names. OLLI is now the lowest ranked name (2.5 pts vs. 2.6 in Mar), followed by DRVN (2.6 pts vs. 2.4

in Mar) and WOOF (3.0 pts unch vs. Mar). It's worth flagging that W broke out from the bottom 3 (3.1

pts vs. Mar 3.0). Relative to our last update (March update) VVV, W, DRVN all saw an improvement in

overall score while HD, AAP, OLLI experienced declines. Of note, ~44% of our coverage (VVV, KMX, WMT,

CHWY, WSM, W, WOOF, DRVN) saw an improvement in CEO approval q/q with WMT and DRVN leading

the way while scores for all other names within our coverage held or fell.
