WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: Kuwait signed a $1.98bn deal for various Anduril C-

UAS systems, spanning Roadrunner and Anvil interceptors, Lattice C2, Sentry Towers,

electronic warfare, and integrated support and training. The award follows a recent

step-up in regional threat activity, highlighted by early June Iranian drone and missileDEFENSE attacks on Kuwait infrastructure and subsequent IRGC strikes on US bases, reinforcing

demand for scalable, lower-cost countermeasures against mass-produced systems like

Shahed drones. The procurement also builds on the broader $8.6bn emergency US

arms package approved in May for Middle Eastern allies, underscoring an accelerated

regional push to shore up layered air defense. We view this as further evidence of

strong domestic and international traction for Anduril’s C-UAS portfolio, supporting ourINDUSTRY view that Anduril’s export mix can exceed traditional prime benchmarks over time.
