context of a more "normal" year. While the rationale for industry

price increases is understood, there appears to be some

pushback against the latest increase, given how recently the prior

one took effect. AI's benefit in roofing, and across building

products, ranges from supply chain management to workflow

optimization, and interest is growing across the value chain.

The latest price increase is seeing a mixed reception, but it's still

early. In our conversations, contacts confirmed OC’s assertion that the

April price increase had above-historical realization, but the latest round

of price increases, effective as of June 1st, is being met with some

pushback. Commentary from distributors is that they have accepted the

April price increase, but contractors are frustrated by another price

increase so soon after the April hike. That said, all acknowledged that

it is still too early to assess the success of the June increase with

confidence.
