Apr 2026 vs 32.1% in Mar 2026. In gOfev (USD 3.5bn), DRRD was among the five

generic launched in April 2026. The market share was limited at 0.5% in April 2026.

• Cipla (CIPLA IN, Buy): Albuterol’s market share increased to ~19.4% in Apr 2026

from 18.3% in Mar 2026. Cipla’s sales/volume market share in Lanreotide injection

decreased to almost nil from 4.8%/6.5% in Mar 2026. Sales should remain impacted

due to supply constraints in the near term, as per the company. In gAbraxane, market

share traction was limited to mid-single-digit percentages, and competitive intensity

remains high, with eight generic players. Cipla launched gSaxenda in Mar-26 and

recorded a sharp jump in TRx share to 28% in Apr-26 from 6% TRx share in Mar-26.

Cipla launched gOfev (USD 3.5bn) with five other generic players. Cipla had the

highest market share at 10.8% in April 2026.

• Lupin (LPC IN, Buy): gSpiriva’s market share was at ~35.7% in Apr 2026 vs 37.1%

in Mar 2026. gMyrbetriq's market share for 25mg reduced by 40bp to 17.9% and for

50mg reduced by 100bp to 21.9%. In gRisperdal Consta, Lupin’s market share

increased to 26% in Apr 2026 vs 21% in Mar 2026. LPC’s Albuterol market share

declined ~589bp to ~14.4% in Apr 2026 from the peak of 20.3% in Dec 2024, due to

intensified competition. For gVictoza, LPC had a TRx share of 22%, the second-

highest after Hikma.

• Zydus (ZYDUSLIF IN, Buy): Zydus’ market share for 25mg gMyrbetriq fell 50bp to

32.9% while for 50mg market share was flat m-m at 28.1%. In Asacol HD, Zydus’

market share has been on a decline due to escalated competition; however, there

was a 70bp m-m improvement to 39.4% in Apr 2026 from 38.7% in Mar 2026.
