We hosted Kevin Cox, CEO of VertiPorts by Atlantic at our 4th Annual

Jefferies Innovative Aerospace Summit. Key takes: 1) VertiPorts is building

AAM infrastructure across charging, ground handling, and passenger services;

2) Atlantic’s ~110-location FBO network enables early electrification; 3) Urban

sites drive longer-term upside; 4) Existing FBO CapEx is ~$1-3MM; and 5)

Operating agreements are moving beyond NDAs / MOUs.

VertiPorts Background. VertiPorts by Atlantic is focused on developing and operating the physical

infrastructure needed for advanced air mobility, including eVTOL takeoff, landing, charging, ground

handling, and passenger services. The company was formed after Atlantic Aviation acquired

Ferrovial VertiPorts in January 2025, combining Ferrovial’s vertiport development expertise with

Atlantic’s FBO network, aviation operations experience, and existing investments in electric aircraft

charging / utility upgrades. VertiPorts differentiates through a senior aviation infrastructure team,

singular focus on vertiport networks, and a data-driven site selection process intended to mitigate

risk and identify first-mover opportunities.

Atlantic Network Enables Early Electrification. Atlantic Aviation gives VertiPorts access to nearly

110 existing locations across the US, Canada, and the Caribbean, creating a pathway to electrify

existing aviation pavement where demand supports early network development. Existing FBOs

can be converted relatively quickly and cost-effectively, allowing VertiPorts to support early eVTOL
