(212) 527-3540 bgitler@btig.com WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: In this note, we wrap up ASCO 2026, including our keyBIOTECHNOLOGY themes and takeaways for the broader therapeutic landscape, as well as from our

companies under coverage.

■ Practice-Changing and Notable Datasets: It goes without saying at this point

that the ph 3 data presentation of the RASolute 302 trial for daraxonrasib in

mPDAC was well-received at ASCO, making a clear statement that the pan-Ras

class of therapies has arrived. The phase 3 Proteus trial was also a key datasetINDUSTRY from the conference, evaluating apalutamide plus hormone therapy in high-risk

localized or advanced prostate cancer before and after surgery, with the regimen

showing a 20% reduced risk of metastasis or death and increasing the time interval

before next therapy to more than six years. Lastly, the IKZF1/3 degrader class of

therapies received a bump following positive data from the SUCCESSOR-2 trialREPORT

of BMY's (Not Rated) CELMoD mezigdomide plus carfilzomib and dexamethasone

vs. carfilzomib and dexamethasone in r/r MM. C4 Therapeutics (CCCC, Not Rated)

was a beneficiary of the data, with positive readthrough to their IKZF1/3 degrader

cemsidomide.

■ Where Does the RAS Landscape Go From Here? The RASolute 302 data are clearly

a seminal moment in treatment of PDAC, and we've already observed biotech and

pharma move ahead with various combination strategies (ex. PRMT5 inhibitors)

with pan-Ras agents to unlock further efficacy. We anticipate such approaches will
