SpaceX is set to go public later this week. Based on our discussions with institutional
investors, the potential for an eventual SpaceX / Tesla merger has increasingly moved Company Information
into the mainstream, with some now making it their primary thesis for owning the 52-Week Range $294 - $490

TSLA stock. The goals of such a combination include: a) Musk’s ownership control, Enterprise Value (MM) $1,418,371
as a hypothetical 1-for-1 all-stock transaction would give Elon well >50% voting Shares Out. (MM) 3,755.7
rights of the combined entity; b) a powerhouse in the AI realm, with TSLA bringing Avg. Value Traded (MM) $25,346.97 SI% of Float 2.6%
massive real-world data sets & SPCX building out sizable compute power; and c)
access to a larger capital base. But there could be significant challenges to getting 550
this combination done, including the need to pay a large premium, possible opposition 500
from other SPCX holders, and regulatory hurdles including from TSLA’s large China 450

Ultimately, completion of a possible merger is unlikely until mid-2027 (at the earliest) 300
in our view. In the meantime, the anticipation could provide downside support for 250
