• ASAN Launches Agent Work Management. On 6/4 ASAN unveiled its Agentic Management
Platform comprising "Dash" (an agentic chief-of-staff), more AI Teammates capabilities, and
specialized vertical agents.
Thoughts: The announcement solidifies the strategic shift management has been ◦Our
alluding to more recently, positioning as the enabler of human x agent collaboration
across the enterprise. We see some validity in the approach and the need for this form
of facilitation for larger scale complex enterprises, however, we remain skeptical on the
long-term durability and opportunity to capture incremental value over time. We require
additional evidence of a durable growth inflection that can drive the business well beyond
its current sub-$1B revenue scale. The company will host a webinar on some of the new
capabilities tomorrow, 6/8.
• WDAY DevCon Announcements. WDAY announced various launches during their DevCon
event, including Developer Agent (lets devs build AI apps in plain language), Agent-Ready
tools (provide guardrails for agents to access HR/finance data via MCP), and Agent Passport
(digital stamps from trusted security and compliance vendors ensuring safe deployment).
WDAY also announced Workday Data Cloud will now integrate with AWS (giving devs bi-
directional zero-copy access). Developer Agent and Agent-Ready Tools are now available to
early access customers, with GA projected in 2H26; Agent Passport will follow in early access
in 2H with GA before year-end.
Thoughts: DevCon announcements reinforce WDAY's positioning as a core trusted ◦Our
layer for enterprise AI. The Agent Passport concept is an encouraging step, by tightly
