2.) NXT Filed Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against GameChange. On Monday, NXT filed a lawsuit
against a top competitor GameChange Energym alleging GameChange has infringed on three of its
patents related to NXT's self-powered solar tracker technology and its TrueCapture control system. The
lawsuit filing coincided directly with GameChange's major corporate rebranding from GameChange Solar
to GameChange Energy whereby the company consolidated its tracker. eBOS, transformer and asset
monitoring offerings into a single brand. We do not expect any near-term impact to market share
dynamics; however, the lawsuit could ultimately prove favorable for NXT, in our view, and to a
certain extent ARRY if one of the more credible competitors is forced to modify designs or remove
key features of its tracker and software offering. We estimate NXT market share in the U.S. is
roughly ~50-55% while ARRY and Game each hold ~20% of the U.S. market. GameChange denied
what was alleged in the lawsuit in a subsequent release.
3.) U.S. Clean Energy PPA Volumes Slow After Promising Start; Pricing Still Remains Firm. We
initially were surprised by clean energy corporate PPA activity to start 2026 where META and GOOGL
remained 2 of the leading counterparties in 2026. As data for March and April has come in, it appears
