Software Sundays: Sentiment Continues to Shift Upward; Expecting Oracle F4Q26 Report to Help

June 7, 2026

expanded RPO, which is not aggressively baked in to F27 forecasts, in our

view, and expanded OCI margins, which could benefit from mix shift in

terms of inference and core OCI momentum.

Next week we'll also be traveling and visiting with Cloudflare at its Analyst

Day in NYC on Tuesday, June 9th, 12:30pm - 4pm EDT and stopping by

Datadog DASH, the company's annual product-focused event hosted June

9th and 10th at the Javits Center. We will also travel to visit with NiCE

who will also host its Analyst Day June 9th as part of its annual user

conference, NiCE World CX + AI Conference in Orlando, FL. We expect to

generally hear how software is positioned to benefit from enhancements

at the intelligence layers as AI diffusion continues across the infrastructure,

devops, observability, and CX layers. Key focuses will include Cloudflare's

recent RIF and its impact on C26/C27 financials as well as recent M&A at

the AppDev layer targeting AI. For Datadog we will listen for indications

of another blockbuster year of product innovation driving growth and the

company's expansion across the training segments of the intelligence layer

as well as updates on increased expansion at the core driven by migrations

as well as Bits AI expanding usage and consumption on Datadog's platform.

For NiCE we will be focused on visibility and drivers for accelerated

Cloud growth from low HSD% implied growth bar in 2Q26, updates on

margin expansion and capital allocation as well as indications of expanded

spending on NiCE as voice AI takes on a larger role in digital CX.
