Europe reached a 82.7GW announced DC pipeline (of which at least 69.5GW AI) with Barclays, UK

€788.7bn in related investments

Over the last two months, we have seen large-scale DC announcements across Europe:

•• France: SoftBank announced plans to develop and operate 5GW of AI data centre capacity in

France in a partnership with Schneider Electric, investing up to €75bn or €15m/MW. In the first

phase, the investment company targets an initial €45bn investment to deliver 3.1GW across

the Hauts-de-France region by 2031. We record the initial 3.1GW in our tracker, deeming

France the country with the largest pipeline step-up in the last 2 months.

•• Italy: Green Arrow Capital announced it entered into a JV with Gruppo Lazzari to invest over
