Certifying 1,000+ engineers on Claude. As part of the partnership, CI&T is

certifying more than 1,000 AI Engineers on Claude and working with Anthropic

on standards for how AI is deployed inside large companies.

Building on existing Claude Code usage. CI&T already runs Claude Code

extensively inside CI&T FLOW, its proprietary Enterprise AI Management

System, as part of a Lean AI delivery model designed to move enterprise AI

from pilot to production. Management stated the partnership expands that

work, with a focus on joint development of industry solutions for financial

services, retail and consumer goods, among other verticals.

UBS's take: Positive read for CI&T. Large customers increasingly want a frontier-lab

certification before closing an AI integration project, so this partnership should

support further commercial origination. CI&T's partner channels currently

represent ~10% of revenue, versus ~30% for peers, and we believe this move should

help close that gap. Overall, while it does not eliminate concerns around

Anthropic's growing presence of forward-deployed engineers within enterprise
