On June 1, FedEx (FDX) announced the completion of its spin-off of FedEx Freight High Grade Credit

(FDXF), and FDXF’s common stock began “regular way” trading on the New York Stock United States

Exchange (timing was in line with FDX expectations). In connection with the spin, FDXF Aerospace/Defense, Autos, Capital

Goods, Transportationpaid a cash dividend of approximately $4.1bn to FDX.
