(Bloomberg) - Paramount Skydance Corp. has submitted suggested terms to resolve an
antitrust investigation by California and other states into its $110 billion deal to buy Warner
Bros. Discovery Inc. Paramount has privately told the office California Attorney General Rob
Bonta that the company is willing to address the state’s concerns and has submitted a list
of concessions it’s willing to make, according to people familiar with the matter who asked
to not be identified because the discussions were private.
