Century has established its manufacturing processes for Phase 1. Data presented
demonstrated consistent product quality across three separate experiments from Century’s
GMP Master Cell Bank, comprising 11 samples, with optimal endocrine purity, islet cell content,
and minimal islet cell impurities.
Phase I Manufacturing Process Produces Consistent Final Product
We are encouraged that '813's development is on track and view the updates as supportive
of CNTY-813's potential to overcome the historical limitations of cell therapy in T1D including
prohibitive manufacturing costs and the need for chronic immunosuppression. With 2.1MM
people with T1D in the U.S. and treatment options beyond exogenous insulin limited, we
think '813 addresses a large and potentially lucrative market that would embrace a curative
therapy. As CNTY-813's IND is on track for Q4:26, we look forward to initial Ph1 data in H2:27 to
further define '813's profile.

Regulates Glycemia and Evades Immunity In Multiple Mouse Models of T1D
Century's lead asset is CNTY-813, an allogenic, iPSC-derived, beta islet cell therapy for the
treatment of T1D. '813 leverages the company's proprietary Allo-Evasion 5.0 platform, a
collection of genetic edits (HLA-I/II KOs, CD300a TASR insertion, and IgG degrading enzyme
insertion) that confer T cell, NK cell, and humoral immunity evasion, to enable sustained
engraftment potentially without the need of chronic immunosuppression.
