DX to roll out solutions to clients.

Japan has a high proportion of long-established companies globally, with vast

amounts of corporate data retained as tacit knowledge, and the retirement of

experienced workers who hold this knowledge is a key business opportunity for

Ricoh.

Participation in Ricoh’s exhibition geared to customers: We attended "RICOH

Value Presentation 2026", where we looked at products and services in its

Workplace Services business, a key focus area. Compared with last year, more

visitors gathered around exhibits related to AI deployment and operational

efficiency improvements (incl. in back-office functions), so we feel there was strong

interest in those areas.
