own KOL checks as well). Nonetheless, the lack of this J-code has not
prevented growth at a pace faster than what JNJ saw with Darzalex FASPRO or competitor PD-1 inhibitors,
which we perceive as particularly promising. Lastly, the safety profile, which bears have harped on, has been
largely assuaged following the COCOON study, as well as the introduction of a subcutaneous option. Now, its
safety profile rivals that of osimertinib monotherapy, which is the dominant 1L EGFRm lung cancer regimen that
Rybrevant+Lazcluze also demonstrated a survival benefit over in MARIPOSA.
●A word on colorectal cancer. While Rybrevant's expansion into colorectal cancer was not a focus during this call, it
was mentioned as another key opportunity for the brand. Here, the phase 3 OrigAMI-2 and -3 studies are ongoing
to support a registrational package.
More juice to squeeze from Erleada ahead of patent expiry in 2030. The phase 3 PROTEUS data were impressive
and, in our view, practice changing too given no other therapies exist on top of radical prostatectomy at this time (our
take on the plenary session here). We'd underline the 5-year treatment free interval demonstrated by Erleada+ADT,
which improves upon curative-intent surgery and may even allow many patients to never need another therapy again
in their lifetime. The addressable market is not only massive (e.g., 70-80K patients per year per our math), but it is also
expanding as the field adopts new ways of staging and defining what a high-risk patient is. While the key question here
is how much does this change JNJ's previous expectation of Erleada being a $1-5B drug (EBR 2023), the company did not
comment on any adjustments to its long term guidance.
